MODULE 1 ~ Naturals
This module is all about using the natural, clay like properties of Precious Metal Clay. You’ll learn to combine it with materials such as leaves, glass, fireproof gemstone and silver wire.
Textured Pendant ~ includes creating your own moulds and setting a fireproof gemstone
Glass Pendant ~ Learn to set a glass cabochon in PMC and fire allowing for the shrinkage;
Band Ring ~ Focus for this project is on creating strong, durable rings that will withstand daily wear;
Hollow Free Form ~ Use the new wood clay to create a hollow form.
Domed Bead ~ Make a hollow bead using dry construction techniques. Can also be worn as a pendant;
Decorative Clasp ~ Create a two part clasp combining PMC and silver wire;
Organic Materials ~ Combine PMC with organic materials such as leaves, pods and paper;
